2Finding the right property
Once you register your property requirements, we will inform you as early as any suitable property becomes available. If we have any matching properties, we will book an appointment for you.
3Consider a managed property
All our properties are fully managed, therefore, if anything happens, you just need to call our 24 hours helpline. Also, the properties comply with all safety regulations (including Gas Safety, Electrical Safety etc)
4The key to successful viewings
Our office is opened Monday-Saturday. The phone lines are opened 24/7. We advise to book a viewing of the property you like as soon as possible, in order to avoid disappointment of being rented by somebody else.
5Making an offer
Once you have identified a suitable property you will be required to complete an application for tenancy where you may state any special conditions of the offer and provide details for your references. We will then communicate this offer to the landlord.
6Offer agreed
If your offer is accepted by Landlord, we will organise the collection of the references, arrange signing of the Tenancy Agreement and collect your moving in payment
7Completion
You will be given a set of keys and the Tenancy Agreement and you can now move in your new home.
